MUSTANG 1 mustang 0
The narrative of this short digital publication depicts the history of the mustang horses.  They were originally from Spain and brought to the Western USA by Spanish explorers in the 16th century.  The name was derived from the Spanish word mustengo, which means "ownerless beast" or "stray horse."  Many people think that mustangs are simply wild horses rather than a specific breed.  These horses bred with other types of horses, including quarter horses and draft horses, to create the breed we know today.   Unfortunately the original Spanish Mustang is on the brink of extinction.
The layout starts with a Spanish colour scheme and the mustang as a very prominent figure on the cover page.  The fight against extinction is very clear throughout the narrative as the figure gradually looses it's prominent stance and ends up on the USA-themed back cover in an outlined format.
